Working experience, if have any customer service experience will be priority
Must have computer or laptop (used for pre-training session)
Must have private room and headphones are required for the pre-training session
Relocate to Colombo, Sri Lanka
Have to work up to 8 / 9 hours daily, 6 days per week, day off is based on weekly
24 hours operation, have to follow shift rotation based on working schedule, typically 3 different shifts (morning, afternoon and night)

Provide professional customer support with a positive and empathetic attitude.

Minimum HSC / High School Diploma.
Basic skills in English & Bengali (speaking and writing).
Computer knowledge (typing, email, online tools).
Age: 22 – 26 years old.
Positive mindset, disciplined, and ready to follow instructions.
Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, adaptability.
Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
Must have own laptop/PC + headphones + private room (for online pre-training).
Willing to relocate to Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Able to work 8–9 hours daily, 6 days a week (weekly day off).
Must be flexible for shift rotation (morning, afternoon, night).

Salary: USD400+ Bonus up to USD150
Expenses for accommodation and transportation in Sri Lanka will be fully covered by the company
Salary are paid in USD and TAX FREE from the government
Transport provided by company to travel between office and hostel
14 days annual leave and 7 days casual leave as per local law, other leave will base on local labour law
