Optimize merchandising standards to improve shopper conversion.
Monitor activation ROI and share data-driven performance insights.
Strengthen distributor and retail partner engagement in the region.
Plan localized promotions based on shopper and channel needs.
Conduct frequent market visits to assess execution quality.
Ensure full compliance with brand identity and trade guidelines.
