Responsibilities & Context:
  • Customer Interaction, Market Research, Lead & query Management: Respond to social media-based customer queries in a timely manner.

  • Collect relevant market information and prepare insightful reports based on the gathered data to inform business decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Problem Solving & Query collect & distribution: Ensure prompt communication with the Nasir Syntax Motors sales and service teams to resolve any issues raised by customers, dealers, or retailers through social media and online platforms, confirming excellent customer support.

  • Online Sales Diversion: Drive sales approaches to customers via online platforms and social media channels, guiding them through the process to finalize sales confirmations for our vehicles.

  • Data Tracking, Distribution lead to sales team: Assist the broader marketing team by maintaining and providing inquiry tracking data in the prescribed company format.

  • Event Marketing: Manage and execute specific digital marketing activities during Nasir Syntax Motors events as required.

  • Query and message reply of all social media.

  • Engagement & Optimization: Engage with the online community, monitor trends, and ensure all digital content is optimized for the highest possible engagement.

  • Content Management: Maintain and oversee all current online content and promotional materials for the brand.

  • Content Optimization: Regularly update and restructure existing online content as required to ensure it remains relevant, accurate, and engaging.

  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on overall online performance metrics.

  • Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Any other digital marketing tasks / event-execution task instructed by the management.
