Strong understanding of rural and semi-urban marketing (important in cement industry)
Vendor negotiation and management skills
Project management and execution capability

Communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Outdoor Branding & Visibility:
Plan and execute outdoor campaigns (billboards, wall paintings, shop signages, hoardings, transit media).
Identify high-impact locations based on sales zones and traffic insights.
Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and visibility of branding materials.
Monitor competitor outdoor activities and recommend counter-strategies.
Dealer & Retail Branding:
Develop and implement branding at dealer/retailer outlets (shop boards, display units, glow signs).
Coordinate with sales teams to prioritize key dealers and high-volume outlets.
Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all retail touchpoints.
Activation Campaigns:
Plan and execute on-ground activations such as:
Contractor meets
Mason engagement programs
Roadshows and market activations
Manage event agencies and vendors for execution.
Track engagement and effectiveness of activation programs.
Vendor & Agency Management:
Liaise with advertising agencies, printers, fabricators, and event partners.
Negotiate costs and ensure timely delivery of materials/services.
Maintain quality control across all executions.
Budget Management:
Prepare and manage budgets for outdoor and activation activities.
Optimize cost vs. impact for campaigns.
Track ROI and report on campaign effectiveness.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct regular market visits to evaluate brand presence and competitor activities.
Gather feedback from dealers, contractors, and customers.
Provide actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
Coordination & Reporting:
Work closely with sales, distribution, and regional teams.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, visibility audits, and activation outcomes.
Maintain documentation and photo records of branding activities.
