This is a hospitality and stewardship role. The sales team leads all client presentations and project discussions. The Experience Centre Curator ensures the environment is always immaculate, every arrival is graceful, and the centre runs with quiet precision including full supervision of the space in the sales team's absence.
Guest Experience & Hospitality
Receive and welcome all visitors: prospective clients, investors, and distinguished guests with genuine warmth and unhurried composure
Offer and serve refreshments upon arrival, ensuring hospitality is attentive without ever feeling performative
Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, representing the InnStar brand with clarity and poise
Handle general queries: visiting hours, directions, appointment scheduling and relay all sales or project inquiries directly to the sales team
Take accurate messages and ensure timely, precise communication to the relevant team member
Experience Center Stewardship
Maintain the Experience Center in pristine, presentation-ready condition at all times: spatial order, material and finish displays, AV screens, and ambient atmosphere
In the absence of the sales team, assume full and composed supervision of the center and all visitors within it
Ensure no visitor is ever left unattended or unacknowledged, regardless of circumstance
Monitor the material library, tiles, marbles, and finish samples and flag any disarray, damage, or replenishment needs proactively
Coordination & Administrative Support
Manage visit schedules and coordinate appointment timings between clients and the sales team
Prepare the physical environment ahead of client visits: ambience, collateral, and refreshments
Maintain a simple daily visitor record: name, purpose, and time of visit
Assist the Brand Experience team with light coordination tasks as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a front-of-house or hospitality role in luxury hotel, premium office, airline, or premium retail preferred
Excellent spoken and written communication in Bengali and English
Polished personal presentation and assured professional demeanor
Comfortable managing the Experience Center independently organized, calm under pressure, and proactive
