Assistant Sales Manager
Support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations to ensure consistent progress toward revenue targets.
Actively participate in sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and closing deals, while achieving individual sales targets.
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and lead follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline.
Assist in guiding and motivating Sales Executives by providing day-to-day support, sharing best practices, and helping improve performance.
Deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients and investors, clearly explaining hotel ownership and timeshare opportunities.
Handle client objections professionally, assist in negotiations, and support deal closures while maintaining profitability.
Contribute to achieving monthly and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring excellent service, timely communication, and post-sale follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Update and manage customer data, sales activities, and pipeline status in CRM systems accurately.
Assist in preparing regular sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts for senior management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategy adjustments.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support campaigns, lead generation, and promotional activities.
Participate in training sessions and team development initiatives to enhance sales skills and performance.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members when required.
