Position: Divisional Sales Manager (Divisional In-Charge)
Job Responsibilities:
Led and supervised sales operations across the assigned division to achieve business targets.
Managed and monitored regional sales teams, field officers, and marketing personnel.
Developed and implemented sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Recruited, trained, and motivated sales representatives to improve performance.
Built and maintained strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
Conducted regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Prepared sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans for management.
Ensured compliance with company policies and maintained operational efficiency throughout the division.
Coordinated promotional and marketing activities to support sales growth.
