Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in all operations of the section by following Procedures and Instructions.
To monitor and implement daily production program as per monthly Production Plan.
To execute Dispensing, Manufacturing and packaging Operations as per procedure and instructions.
To implement pertinent procedures and Instructions of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance to Quality policy of the Organization.
Ensure changeover & proper housekeeping. Do receipt, return and reconciliation of materials properly.
Utilize efficiently workforce, machinery and materials to improve productivity.
To prepare daily production report and product wise yield % report.Liaise with Engineering, QC and warehouse Department for efficient operation.
