Responsibilities
Lead Generation Support:
Identify and collect potential leads through online research, social media platforms, directories, and databases.
Data Management:
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and proper segmentation.
Digital Campaign Assistance:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing.
Content Support:
Help create basic marketing content such as social media posts, captions, email drafts, and promotional materials.
Social Media Management:
Monitor social media accounts, respond to basic queries, and track engagement performance.
Market Research:
Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to support marketing strategies.
SEO & Website Support:
Assist with basic SEO tasks such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and website content updates.
Email Marketing:
Support in creating and sending email campaigns, and track open rates, click-through rates, and responses.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance and prepare simple reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
