Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • Monitor performance and improve ROI through continuous optimization

  • Support branding and promotional activities

2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Generate and qualify business leads through online marketing strategies

  • Research target markets, industries, and potential clients

  • Maintain lead databases and manage follow-ups to convert prospects into clients

3. Social Media & Content Management

  • Manage company social media platforms and online presence

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for marketing campaigns

  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally

4. SEO, Website & Email Marketing

  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content for SEO

  • Monitor website traffic and search performance

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters

5. Client Communication & Support

  • Communicate with clients regarding projects, campaigns, and updates

  • Provide timely support and maintain strong client relationships

  • Must have fluent spoken and written English for professional client interaction

6. Reporting, Analysis & Coordination

  • Prepare performance reports on campaigns, leads, and conversions

  • Analyze data to improve marketing strategies

  • Work closely with sales, design, and management teams for smooth execution

  • Stay updated with market trends and suggest growth ideas

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

    • Prior experience in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation will be an advantage

    • Call center or customer support experience is required or highly preferred

    • Must have fluent spoken and written English for client communication and support

    • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and online marketing tools

    • Ability to handle clients, follow up leads, and manage professional conversations

    • Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools and strategies
