Responsibilities & Context:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• You will work alongside our development and QA team to build, test, and ship high-quality web applications.

• Hands-on exposure to both Software Quality Assurance and Full-Stack Development in a real product environment.

• You will be expected to use AI-assisted tools to accelerate your workflow and contribute to AI-based feature development.

AI-ASSISTED DEVELOPMENT (VIBE CODING)

• Comfortable using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude to speed up development.

• Ability to write effective prompts to generate boilerplate, debug code, write test cases, and scaffold features.

• Understanding of how to review, verify, and refine AI-generated code — not just blindly accepting output.

• Exposure to AI-based automation testing: auto-generating test scripts, test data, and edge cases using LLMs.

• Interest in integrating AI features into products — chatbots, smart search, content generation, etc.

GitHub Copilot, Cursor / Windsurf, Claude / ChatGPT, Prompt Engineering, LLM Integration (API), AI Test Generation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web applications.

• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Trello with clear reproduction steps.

• Perform API testing using Postman and validate request/response cycles.

• Assist in front-end and back-end development tasks using assigned frameworks.

• Collaborate with developers to understand features and create effective test strategies.

• Use AI tools to accelerate testing, code review, and documentation tasks.

• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and review sessions.
