Education:

Experience

(1) At least 2 years of experience managing email marketing campaigns for eCommerce brands, agencies, or white-label partnerships.

(2) Demonstrated experience building advanced automated flows and managing ongoing campaigns.

(3) Experience working directly with Shopify stores and eCommerce integrations.

(4) Experience working with an agency is highly regarded.

(5) Proven experience in executing lifecycle email strategies, including welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and re-engagement flows.

(6) Experience monitoring and improving key email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and revenue per recipient.

(7) Experience with email deliverability, list hygiene, segmentation strategies, and suppression management is highly preferred.

(6) Basic design skills or experience collaborating with designers using tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe for email creatives.

(7) Understanding of customer retention strategies and LTV (lifetime value) optimisation through email marketing.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Role


(1) You will be responsible for managing Klaviyo accounts, working closely with our internal delivery team to execute, optimise, and scale email marketing for eCommerce clients.

(2) Your responsibilities include building and maintaining advanced automated flows, managing weekly campaign sends, segmenting lists for targeted messaging, and continuously improving performance through testing and optimisation.

(3) You will also be responsible for monitoring key email performance metrics, identifying trends, and proactively recommending improvements to increase engagement, deliverability, and revenue contribution from email marketing.

(4) This role is execution-focused. Strategy will be provided, but you are expected to bring strong technical and performance expertise to the table.

(5) You will play a key role in ensuring that all email marketing efforts align with brand voice, campaign objectives, and overall customer lifecycle strategy.
