• 8-10 years of experience in SFE, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Excellence.

• Strong analytical capability and advanced proficiency in Excel and Bl tools.

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication skill and ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. National Sales Target Development

• Lead the development and cascade of National Sales Targets aligned with business objectives.

• Ensure target rationality, fairness, and strategic alignment.

2. Segmentation & Targeting (S&T)

• Design and implement robust segmentation models.

• Drive data-driven targeting strategies to optimize resource allocation.

• Continuously refine S&T frameworks based on market dynamics and performance.

3. Base Planning, Restructuring & Portfolio Prioritization

• Identify needs for territory realignment and structural changes.

• Develop and execute base planning strategies to ensure:

• Optimal territory alignment

• Efficient deployment of field force

• Align restructuring initiatives with evolving market conditions and business priorities.

4. Performance Insights & Business Intelligence

• Lead performance analytics to generate actionable business insights.

• Translate data into strategic recommendations.

• Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.

5. Market Research & Digital Innovation

• Oversee market research initiatives to support strategic decision-making.

• Drive digital innovation projects to enhance SFs productivity.

• Ensure adoption and governance of digital tools and CRM systems.

6. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and develop the SFE team.
