Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.

• Experience in insulin portfolio will be highly preferred.

• Proven capability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.

Required Competencies:

• Strong leadership capability, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in insulin therapy.

• Sound understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, especially diabetes therapy area.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate sales forces for effective strategy execution.

• Capability of strategic brand planning to drive sustainable business growth.

• Expertise in forecasting, sales projection, and Advertisement & Promotional (A&P) budget development and management.

• Strategic thinking and analytical capability to outperform competitors, brands, and portfolios.

• Excellent presentation, campaign planning, and execution skills.

• Strong campaign execution, monitoring, and ROI evaluation capability.

• Capability to work under pressure and achieve business objectives within deadlines.

• Proficiency in digital marketing, online promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies.

• Strong coordination capability with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, finance, and supply chain functions.
