Responsibilities & Context:
Candidate should have mentality to work at under pressure.
Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, online & Email.
Provide appropriate advice based on understanding clients' goals and needs.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly.
Assist clients with necessary documentation and application processes.
Explain service details clearly and professionally.
Candidate should have clear concept about universities & education system of India
Counselling with the students and their parents over phone regarding admission, scholarship, eligibility for higher study in India.
Build a strong relationship with the students over the phone and face to face. Prepare necessary documents.
