Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Manage brand positioning, communication tone, and marketing messaging.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding.
Graphics Design (Hands-on)
Create visually appealing marketing materials including banners, posters, social media creatives, infographics, and presentations.
Produce branding materials such as logos, brand kits, and promotional designs when needed.
Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
Work with internal teams to conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns.
Web Development (Hands-on)
Maintain and update the company website, landing pages, and microsites.
Collaborate on UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Implement SEO best practices on the website.
Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate technical enhancements.
Work with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) or build custom pages as required.
