Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve secondary sales target.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
Analyze data, sales trends, market competition to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges within the territory.
Lead sales team of SR and assess sales performance according to sales KPI.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
Provide product knowledge and training to SR, customers and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements within the territory.
