Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Executive (Sales Admin)”.
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Preparing monthly sales reports, point wise sales & order report.
Preparing field force incentive and target submission in ERP software.
Preparing field force grading report and monitor low performer.
Maintaining monthly sales report and updating customer records.
Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Communicating important feedback from customers internally.
Ensuring sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Staying up-to-date with new products and features.
