Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Branding Executive to manage branch-level marketing, branding, and event activities. The role involves planning and executing campaigns, ensuring brand visibility, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal operations.
Offline Marketing & Events: Plan and execute branch-level marketing campaigns, fairs, and promotional events. Coordinate logistics and materials, and prepare post-event reports.
Branch Branding & Visibility: Oversee installation of signage, banners, and in-store displays. Ensure consistent visual identity across branches. Collaborate with designers and vendors for implementation.
Complaint & Offer Management: Manage offline offers with product and sales teams. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally. Track and report offer performance.
Vendor & Material Coordination: Liaise with vendors for printing, branding materials, and event support. Maintain inventory and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Internal Communication & Support: Coordinate internal meeting/training room activities. Provide documentation, visual reports, and operational support to teams.
