Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
Lead, coach, and manage the national sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer accounts and stakeholders.
Negotiate and close high-value deals with large clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
Deliver timely, tailored solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Keep the sales team informed and prepared for new product launches and updates.
