Compliance, Factory Administration, Health/ Safety & Fire
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for new factory onboarding onsite verification to ensure that the new factory comply with BESTSELLER minimum standard in social compliance area;
∎ Conduct factory follow-up visit to monitor and remediate all code compliance issues within BESTSELLER supply-base;
∎ Deliver training to supplier/factory relate to Bestseller code of conduct and legal requirement
∎ Review supplier compliance team and Social audit report.
∎ Keep close communication with DK head office and brands about supplier/factory social compliance performance;
∎ Support sourcing team of supplier/factory capacity building;
∎ Work with sourcing team members and BESTSELLER vendors to thoroughly map our existing sub-contractor base & informal supply-chains;
∎ Be aware of relevant law updates and industry trends to contribute to building BESTSELLER sustainability strategy;
∎ Investigation and follow up on Accord / RSC inspection / Remediation.
∎ Responsible for BESTSELLER agreed external CSR project and Bestseller CSR project for supplier.
∎ Business trips to the suppliers and to Denmark.
∎ Acting as a good team player and colleague according to BESTSELLER's founding principles
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ High degree of work ethics and integrity
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
∎ Fluent in English, both written and spoken
∎ Have proactiveness and positive Attitude
∎ Professional Certification: SA8000
∎ Skills Required: Apparel, Buying House, Computer skill, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Problem Solving, Project Management.
Salary: Negotiable
