∎ BBA/MBA major in HRM, PGD in HRM, Professional certificate in Social Compliance will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Health Safety and Environment

∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Human Resource, Legal Compliances, NGO
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the new supplier/factory onboarding, and off boarding
∎ Supporting various Departments by collecting and Coordinating internal compliance data with the social/ Environmental specialist and various Departments.
∎ Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely verification information is reported to social & Labor Manager
∎ Offering administrative support as and when required.
∎ Maintain and update supplier/factory data base. Responsible for routine supplier/factory sustainability performance summary.
∎ Summary the monthly verification due date list and cross check with Denmark colleagues
∎ Coordinate the 3rd party audit booking and schedule.
∎ Deliver training to supplier/factory relate to Bestseller code of conduct and legal requirement.
∎ Support the CAP follow up, provide technical advice to supplier via phone call and email.
∎ Update the supplier/factory information to Head office in Denmark to ensure the information accuracy in supplier portal.
∎ Answer the inquiry from sourcing team and brands about the supplier/factory COC status.
∎ Coordinate BESTSELLER agreed external S&L Management project and Bestseller S&L Management project for supplier.
∎ Tracking on social project/program
∎ Staying updated with the latest industry standards and statistics
∎ Acting as a good team player and colleague according to BESTSELLER's founding principles

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ High degree of work ethics and integrity
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
∎ Fluent in English, both written and spoken
∎ Have proactiveness and positive Attitude
∎ Professional Certification: SA8000
∎ Skills Required: Apparel, Buying House, Computer skill, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Problem Solving, Project Management.

Salary: Negotiable
