Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Textile Technology
∎ SA 8000 Certified
∎ APSCA CSCA in good Standing
∎ Knowledge of audit procedure and activities

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Social and Environment Compliance, Social Compliance, Social research, Social work

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with IDFL US corporate NSWG team to establish and launch a new social compliance division for IDFL Bangladesh and potentially other regions for standards such as: COC, SLCP, WRAP, SEDEX and BSCI.
∎ Build, train, and lead your team of social compliance auditors in Bangladesh as directed by the country manager
∎ Perform social compliance trainings for IDFL staff both nationally and internationally
∎ Perform audits and submit reports in a timely manner
∎ Be a leader with clients. Develop strong relationships of trust.
∎ Assist the business development team with marketing ideas and efforts for social compliance standards to help grow this new business unit
∎ Be willing to learn and perform audits for standards such as GRS, RCS, OCS, RDS, RAF (Textile Exchange), GOTS, HIGG FEM,FSLM, BRM etc...
∎ Be flexible in assignments given and willing to relocate to one of our offices in either Mumbai, Erode, or Bangalore.
∎ Willing to travel to other countries for training / audits

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 47 years
∎ Integrity is a must
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Additional specialized training in code of conduct subject matter
∎ Additional social compliance certifications/accreditation
∎ Additional experience managing code of conduct at a manufacturer or brand/retailer
∎ Experience with fabrics, garments, or apparel quality and/or textiles highly desired
∎ Familiarity with ISO 17065 procedures and requirements.
