Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with a Major in HRM.
- Candidates having a master’s will be given preference.
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Experience: The candidate must have experience of working as an HR in a reputed organization for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring).
- Maintain and update manpower planning in coordination with departmental heads.
- Onboard new hires ensure smooth orientation and documentation.
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement activities.
- Ensure clear communication of company policies and procedures.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, personal files, attendance, leave).
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Laws and IDFL Global HR standards and regulations.
- Prepare HR-related reports for internal and external audits.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process and feedback mechanisms.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist in employee development plans.
- Identify training needs and support learning initiatives.
Payroll & Compensation Support:
- Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll processing.
- Manage attendance, leave balances, and salary adjustments.
- Support compensation & benefits reviews.
Health, Safety & Welfare:
- Oversee workplace safety policies in alignment with global EHS standards.
- Organize health and wellness initiatives for employees.
HR Strategy & Policy Development:
- Assist in developing HR strategies aligned with IDFL Bangladesh’s business goals.
- Update and implement HR policies and procedures as required.
