- Age At least 25 years
- Having experience in finishing work of Building completion will be given preference. Experience designing structural drawings and total cost estimation of a building project.
- Ability to design steel structural systems.
- Experience constructing mixed-use Buildings on piling works by Rigs Tractor Mounted/ Hydraulic Rotary Rig, Tripod.
- Preparing bill and BOQ to fill up construction tender of Bangladesh Government. Strong portfolio to prove innovative structural skills and quality.
- Familiarity with design software (Sketch Up or 3d Studio Max or similar)/compulsory to know about Autodesk AutoCAD.
- Must have a work experience with 3 basement levels.
- Top Down method work experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the projects.
- Review the project in detail to create a bar chart, schedule deliverables of materials & estimate costs.
- Coordination with the Purchase department to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Review the work progress on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
- Ensuring compliance and safety regulations.
- Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
- Implementation experience with at least 15 storied buildings.
- Proven working experience as a structural engineer.
- Management Reporting.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
