• Having experience in finishing work of Building completion will be given preference. Experience designing structural drawings and total cost estimation of a building project.
• Ability to design steel structural systems.
• Experience constructing mixed-use Buildings on piling works by Rigs Tractor Mounted/ Hydraulic Rotary Rig, Tripod.
• Preparing bill and BOQ to fill up construction tender of Bangladesh Government. Strong portfolio to prove innovative structural skills and quality.
• Familiarity with design software (Sketch Up or 3d Studio Max or similar)/compulsory to know about Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Must have a work experience with 3 basement levels.
• Top Down method work experience.

• Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the projects.
• Review the project in detail to create a bar chart, schedule deliverables of materials & estimate costs.
• Coordination with the Purchase department to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review the work progress on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
• Ensuring compliance and safety regulations.
• Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
• Implementation experience with at least 15 storied buildings.
• Proven working experience as a structural engineer.
• Management Reporting.
• Any other task assigned by Management.
