AUDIT AND INSPECTION, Internal Audit, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cross verify all kinds of production reports to ensure the accuracy of inventory.
∎ Physical verification of inventory items
∎ To perform physical inventory on a regular basis.
∎ Follow up daily all stock with challan movement.
∎ Verification of raw materials requisition and practical usage reports periodically.
∎ Planning with cost control to minimize wastage for increased productivity and efficiency with provide guidelines.
∎ Capable to find out discrepancies in the internal working processes.
∎ To detect fraud & error, assess the risk of operation and recommending to prevent the same.
∎ To follow up the whole process of work as it is functioning properly.
∎ Identifying areas of cost reduction and process improvement including the development of SOP for critical areas.
∎ Identify weakness in the internal control system and contribute to the development of the process/system.
∎ Verify process and documentations to prevent excess, duplicate and wrong entries.
∎ Perform special investigation/assignment as suggested by senior management.
∎ Executive audit by gathering, documenting and analyzing information with evidence on the existence of risk and effectiveness of controls (by interview, observations, file review, questionnaires, reconciliation, confirmation and risk analysis.)
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
