∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3 to 4 years experience in same position
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for a part of outbound cargo movement from Bangladesh.
∎ Oversees cycle of external orders fulfilment.
∎ Manages activities throughout the order booking & delivery fulfilment cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
∎ Communicate and negotiate with concern team regarding shipments.
∎ Improve quality of commercial documentation by working with the commercial teams of the suppliers.
∎ Monitoring forwarder activities ,Identify risk alerts, analyses and propose solutions of any problematic shipment to line senior in advance.
∎ Keep updated for software and web portal in term of tracking routes
∎ Support suppliers and Merchandiser for any shipment & payments related issue.
∎ Monitor and update CCD wise supplier's booking ,delivery performance, delivery data.
∎ Manage all shipping related documents
∎ Prepare and send custom documents to respective person.
∎ Prepare weekly KPI, Brand & Supplier wise.
∎ Report on regular activities and issue to managements.
∎ Support suppliers on their Origins audit.
∎ Report to Shipping Responsible on regular activities and issues.
Salary: Negotiable
