Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mandatory shifting duty (A+B+C) as a Shift In-charge.
∎ Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards.
∎ Ensure products meet customer expectations based on criteria.
∎ Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.
∎ Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
∎ Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
∎ Read SOP and specifications to understand the requirements of products and processes.
∎ Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
∎ Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications.
∎ Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
∎ Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
∎ Supervise the production/Quality team about quality control concerns to improve product Quality.
∎ Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
∎ Finish any job if assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Good math and technical skills.
