Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering, Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ from Public or Polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Production Process, Production/ Operation Management, Quality Inspection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mandatory shifting duty (A+B+C) as a Shift In-charge.
∎ Monitor and control the manufacturing process to ensure that product is in compliance with customer requirements.
∎ Ensure process control standards meet expectations based on criteria.
∎ Monitor various data to note and respond to out of specification situations.
∎ Initiate testing, monitor testing and development of products.
∎ Coordinate activities with other Sections and Divisions of the Department.
∎ Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards.
∎ Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.
∎ Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
∎ Read SOP and specifications to understand the requirements of products and processes.
∎ Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
∎ Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
∎ Supervise the production team about quality process concerns to improve product Quality.
∎ Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
∎ Finish any job if assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Male and Female , Male for A, B & C shift and female 2 A & B shift.
∎ A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Quality & production process role.
∎ Strong understanding of quality & production process standards and testing techniques.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner with a high level of accuracy
