Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize operator to improve their skills and knowledge
∎ Utilize manpower efficiently and increase productivity
∎ Increase productivity of machinery and reduce wastage of raw materials
∎ Keep mechanical maintenance (Boiler, Generator, Compressor, Crane & Unloading Section etc.) within budget
∎ Keep proper record of RM, PM & Energy consumption with proper documentation
∎ Responsible to update data in the maintenance software and prepare monthly report within the first week of the month
∎ Ensure proper safety inside and outside the production floor, packing area, loading & unloading section etc.
∎ Ensure training session for team members
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company/supervisor
