Responsibilities & Context:
Monitors mill shift operations and directs the crew to meet safety, quality, operating, process, and production targets/objectives.
Monitor and ensure the throughput of Raw material in the process.
Actively Participate in the troubleshooting process.
Increase machine uptime.
Actively monitor and ensure end product quality.
Observe machine behavior and Take necessary prompt actions.
Take corrective maintenance actions.
Cooperate with other stakeholders for the smooth operation of the shift.
Any other task assigned by management.
