Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take overall responsibilities of a shift for SMS operations.
∎ Ensure furnace and CCM product quality on the production floor.
∎ Melting the raw materials in optimum time and to achieve maximum lining life of the
∎ furnace.
∎ Preparation of furnace crucible lining and follow up to ensure maximum lining life.
∎ Escalate the breakdown issues such as Induction Furnace, Vibrator Feeder, Transfer
∎ trolley, overhead crane and feeding equipment etc. to right channels.
∎ To maintain all documents of the Shift.
∎ Checking of technical specifications data and test reports properly.
∎ Should take the responsibility of making sure the production is cost effective and feasible
∎ to the organization.
∎ Allocate duty to subordinate and man management.
∎ Providing guidance and technical advice to the subordinates.
∎ Proper communication and coordination with CCM & other related sections.
∎ Maintain floor shop housekeeping.
∎ Ensure safe, sound and helpful working environment through discussion, motivation and team work.
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in steel structure
∎ Hardworking
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be advanced level competent in computer applications
∎ Must be good in English (Speaking and writing)
∎ Motivated and can-do attitude

Salary: Negotiable
