∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven Experience in Store Management will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must maintain inventory of maintenance store by using ERP Software.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly Raw materials receiving & consumption statement & report to the concern,
∎ Ensure proper documentation is completed on timely basis for requisition of items.
∎ Process & forward the requisition to the concerned for approved as per SOP
∎ Manage storage space for large items & their movement in the unit,
∎ Allocate suitable scrap storage area for unloading, after due weighting & recording.
∎ Monitoring chemical & Raw materials issue to production department.
∎ Monitoring Imported Materials receiving & issue as per SOP.
∎ Generate GRN (Goods Received Note) raise PR (Purchase Requisition) as per monthly planning.
∎ Prepare internal requisition (IR)/internal sales order (ISO)/Delivery Challan (OD)
∎ Must maintain inventory of maintenance store by using ERP Software.
