∎ Diploma in Engineering in Food

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible of shift wise production as per schedule.
∎ To be synchronized with all the internal departments of production.
∎ Lead and manage all the issues during the production in a shift.
∎ Lead and manage all the people in a shift and manage all the conflicts.
∎ Solve the all technical process related issues during production.
∎ Ensure CIP and GMP during production.
∎ Follow up the production log sheet.
∎ Ensure the proper productivity and SOP during production.
∎ Maintaining the cleanliness and hygienic condition of the processing area, machines & workers.
∎ Preparing batch as per standard procedure
∎ At the end shift handover with satisfactory report to next shift.
∎ To calculate the process loss for product & take necessary steps to overcome it.
∎ Ensure Housekeeping & Safety.
∎ Wear factory uniform (Cap, Apron, Dress, sandal, Gum boot etc.)
∎ Ensure hand bath and foot bath properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant experience in Bakery industry is preferred

Salary: Negotiable
