Job Responsibilities:
∎ Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
∎ Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations, monitoring, appraising coordinating, and administering systems and procedures.
∎ Responsible for running shift.
∎ Responsible for executing the production plan.
∎ To ensure goods quality standards.
∎ Proper utilization of Machine & Men
∎ Ability to train the down level's employee/workers.
∎ Ability to work/stretch long hours during critical assignments.
∎ Compare Production according to planning & Countermeasures for deviations, if any.
∎ To provide production report to the management time to time.
