Experience:

• 3 to 6 years

• Higher Secondary
• Diploma

• High school diploma or vocational training in mechanics/electromechanical repair.

• 3 to 6 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Usually, 2+ years in a garment factory or repair shop environment.

• The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s) 100% Knit & Lingerie garments (Hoodie Jacket, Polo shirt, Romper, Boxer, Brief, Thongs)·

• Machines expertized on Flat Seamer (FD), Right Side cutter, Roller, Flat lock, Flat Bed Flat lock, Zig Zag, OL, BTK, BTH. etc.

• Preparative activities: Attend Risk analysis meeting & discussion about machine risk & product risk.

• Machine Preparation: As per risk analysis meeting presetting plan & adjust all machine as per presetting plan.

• Line Feeding activities: Make sure first machine adjustment & advance machine adjustment of layout time.

• Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, oiling, and part replacements (needles, bobbins, belts).

• Maintenance Plan: Make sure preventive maintenance plan for all machines & Monthly over hauling plan.

• Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical issues such as skipped stitches, thread breaking, or motor failures.

• Machine Setup: Adjustment of machines when it breakdown with standard time of as per machine wise standard time for specific fabrics or stitch types (e.g., overlock, lockstitch, and buttonhole).

• Inventory: Manage spare parts stock and order new components as needed.

• Safety: Ensure all machines meet safety standards and that guards are properly installed.
