Master of Business Studies (MBS) in HRM / Management.
Master’s in HRM / Management / Business Administration or relevant discipline.

We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and dynamic professional to lead the HR, Administration, and Compliance functions of our garment manufacturing plant. This role will act as the Plant HR Head, responsible for end-to-end factory HR operations, workforce management, regulatory compliance, and employee relations while ensuring a productive, safe, and compliant workplace.
Human Resources Leadership:
Lead full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and retention.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Drive performance management systems and career development initiatives.
Plan and execute training & development programs for workforce skill enhancement.
Ensure effective handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.
Factory Administration:
Oversee factory administration, security, housekeeping, transport, and logistics.
Ensure discipline, attendance management, and shift compliance.
Maintain personal files, HR records, and HRIS data accurately.
Act as the key coordination point between management and workers.
Supervise canteen, medical, welfare, and dormitory (if any) operations.
Compliance & Audit Management:
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, factory rules, and buyer codes of conduct.
Prepare for and face compliance audits: BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ACCORD/ALLIANCE, HIGG, etc.
Maintain all compliance-related documentation and registers.
Monitor and ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards.
Lead CAPA preparation and corrective action implementation.
Conduct internal audits and compliance training regularly.
