• Technical Skills: Proficiency in dry processing equipment (mixers, dryers, sifters), analytical instrumentation (e.g., moisture analyzers, particle size analyzers), and data analysis software (Excel, Minitab, or Python).

• Must be fluent in English.

Fashion Forum Ltd is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in apparel division for this following positions

Job Responsibilities:

• Experimental Design & Execution: Plan and execute non-standard, high-complexity laboratory experiments and pilot plant trials to develop new products or processes.

• Dry Process Optimization: Focus on optimizing dry processes such as powder blending, granulation, sieving, and drying techniques to improve efficiency, yield, and quality.

• Prototype Development: Turn R&D concepts into tangible prototypes, conducting bench-top testing to validate new designs or formulations.

• Equipment Maintenance & Calibration: Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated R&D instruments and dry processing machinery, performing troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze complex experimental data, generating technical reports, charts, and summaries for scientists and project leaders.

• Technical Documentation & SOPs: Develop, write, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to ensure safety and compliance.

• Project Leadership & Mentorship: Lead smaller projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., QC, production, engineering), and mentor junior technicians on technical procedures and safety protocols.
