∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 7(Seven) year experience in any reputed organization.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and suppliers to develop garment samples and prototypes.
∎ Review and provide technical input on garment designs, specifications, and construction methods to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
∎ Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for garments, including measurements, construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
∎ Ensure that specifications comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
∎ Establish and enforce quality control processes to monitor the production of garments.
∎ Collaborate with garment manufacturers and suppliers to communicate technical requirements, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
∎ Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs without compromising garment quality.
∎ Provide technical guidance and training to cross-functional teams, including pattern makers, sample makers, and quality control staff.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies related to garment production and quality control.
