• At least 5 years of hands-on working experience in quality assurance and familiarity with QC standards, procedures, with any reputed multinational Buying/Sourcing/ Liaison Office/Factory.

• Good knowledge in fabric, sewing, garment fitting, pattern making and garment production.

• Attention to detail and good organising, coordination and planning skills.

• Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.

• Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and willing to learn.

• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Proactive and dynamic approach with the ability to work efficiently under high pressure and workload.

We are actively recruiting for the Quality Controller (Knit & Woven) position at our Bangladesh Office. If you're passionate about your work and ready to embrace a role that blends challenge with reward, we invite you to consider joining us.

• Responsible for sample making & checking (fit, materials, constructions & functionality) from development to size set to PP samples for the garment.

• Monitor product quality throughout the various stages of production.

• Ensure that garments are produced in accordance with the defined quality standards and the Tech Pack.

• Educating factories in improving sample execution and get right first-time quality from each process.

• Proactively follow up with factories on the status of various samples and ensure timely submission in accordance with defined quality standards.

• Screen for potential problems at the production stage and work closely with the merchandising team to troubleshoot.

• Regularly submit in-line inspection reports, along with other production reports, to the merchandising team.

• Ensures production is transparent and relevant data is made available at all time.

• Regularly submit production report / exact production planning with merchandising team.

• Maintain effective communication with sourcing team, merchandising team and corporate compliance team.

• Ensure Smart handling & knowledge of 3rd-party testing & FRI procedures.

• Regularly maintain the factory QA standard operation procedure.
