Responsibilities & Context:
  • The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of CFMOTO Motorcycle.
  • This role involves providing high-quality technical support to customers, performing regular service checks, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with the service team to enhance customer satisfaction and product performance.
  • Service center to ensure customer satisfaction as well as spare parts sales & stock maintain in the Workshop.
  • Monitor daily service operations at CFMOTO Flagship service center.
  • Monitor dealers, authorized service center, local mechanics & spare parts shop operations to ensure optimum customer service. (If needed)Communicate with head office & quality assurance team regarding product quality, warranty claims, critical operations, promotional & daily service activities.
  • Maintain communication & relations with local technicians, spare parts shop, dealers and other agents to know the market situation and competitors' activities.
  • Provide advice and technical assistance to overcome major failure in the market and ensure maximum productivity.
  • Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure availability of service and spare parts at customer's doorstep.
  • Frequent field visits to ensure customer satisfaction if required.
  • Aid marketing team to plan and arrange service campaigns and test ride camping, events etc.
