Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer service by addressing RM queries and requests promptly.
∎ Maintain smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate operations whilst expediting timely service deliveries by coordinating effectively with stakeholders.
∎ Accurately and promptly fill in all related forms in hard copies and electronically to ensure timely service.
∎ Meet documentation requirements in coordination with RMs in a timely manner to ensure smooth deposit processing.
∎ Conduct prompt SOD disbursements by filling in relevant forms, following up for necessary documents, and ensuring timely disbursement.
∎ Ensure internal and external compliance and proactively mitigate compliance issues.
∎ Obtain necessary approvals and execution regarding renewals and deferrals within the required timeframe.
∎ Follow up with RMs to mitigate deferrals and ensure compliance.
∎ Analyze, prepare, and circulate routine and ad-hoc departmental reports.
∎ When required, communicate with external stakeholders (e.g. clients) to obtain or provide information.
∎ Execute any additional tasks assigned by management, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
∎ This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of deposit-related services, compliance monitoring, and information support. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, quick learning, high work ethic, and strong collaboration skills to ensure error-free processing within deadlines. The Service Associate will also play a crucial role in facilitating prompt customer service, documentation, and loan settlement while upholding regulatory, compliance, and internal reporting requirements.
