Job Responsibilities:
∎ To counsel the workers on general issues, like; company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline
∎ Make awareness on productivity and quality improvement.
∎ Make awareness in relation to worker privileges, employment rules, terms & conditions.
∎ Provide appreciation & participation in sports, games, social & cultural events
∎ Provide guidance/assistance in availing Medical services, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities and their legal assistance
∎ To maintain all kind of record keeping related to job
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law - 2006 and Rules 2015.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Good Command in English (Spoken & Written).
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
