Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of product quality guidelines and procedures both at Pre production and Production stages
∎ Review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods and making recommendation for improvement.
∎ Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure the final product met deadline
∎ Reduce DHU during the production process.
∎ Make sure 100% audit pass rate to increase customer satisfaction
∎ Conduct Pre Production (PP) Meeting, Inline Inspection, Pre Final & Final Random Inspection (FRI)
∎ Interact with Buyer QA, External Inspector, Development and Production team to maintain quality and on time shipment
∎ Lead a team of quality staff to meet customer’s quality requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experienced in any woven (ladies tops) garments manufacturing units will get the preferences
∎ Strong communication and report writing skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment
∎ Must have in-depth technical knowledge in garment production
∎ Should have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of AQL system and quality standard
∎ Exposure to ISO, 5S & 6-Sigma will be an added advantage
Salary: Negotiable
