Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for quality related assignments/issues.
∎ Meet the clients' standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Work for DHU and variation reduction.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems: recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with the production
∎ Check daily reports and analyze and feedback for corrective action.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
∎ Find out the root cause of the non-conformance observed and customer complaints.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in a reputed garments manufacturing unit
∎ Should be elegant, energetic & have pleasant personality.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and excellent in inter personal skill
∎ Experience of serving at similar position in sweater industry and related field will be an additional advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
