Job Context:
∎ The chosen candidate will join a successful technical recruiting team. You will use traditional as well as experimental methods to find the best candidates for our roles.
∎ This position requires an uncommon balance of creativity, drive, strong interpersonal skills as well as analytical skills. You must have a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
∎ Workplace and Office Time: Work from home or at the office. Working hours will be 8 hours daily preferably from 8 pm to 4 am BD time
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work effectively with a large volume of candidates and open requisitions
∎ Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit candidates for our clients
∎ Effectively recruit IT Professionals in a time-sensitive environment
∎ Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools. ATS and social media Platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
∎ Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
∎ Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients
∎ Perform full life cycle recruiting
∎ Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients on a regular basis
∎ Work closely with Account Managers to determine qualified staffing needs with our clients
∎ Experience in Govt/Public sector recruitment is a huge plus.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5year of full-cycle recruitment experience preferred - ideally in IT staffing
∎ 1 to 3 years work experience in managing recruitment and hiring process in HR department
∎ Any advanced certificates in computer science/programming is a Major Plus
∎ Highly ambitious individual who demonstrates a strong initiative and independent thinking
∎ Great writing and communication skills are a must
∎ Ideal candidate is highly motivated and self-driven
∎ Ability to comfortably navigate and utilize Outlook emails as well as virtual interview such as; Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Etc
