∎ Technosoft is a fast-paced and rapidly growing company in the United States of America looking for a fully remote Recruitment Specialist.
∎ Technosoft seeks a motivated individual to help ensure our candidates succeed. Your job will consist of regularly searching for the most relevant positions in the job market, connect with various companies, recruiters, and recruitment agencies and building a strong network.
∎ This role entails entry to mid-level Recruitment Specialist to help the job seeking candidates connect with employers and other recruiters, setting up interviews and placing them in that position. This position will work closely with various members across the company to ensure data, tracking, and information is properly shared across different systems.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Dhaka, Bangladesh (remotely working from home with US-based teams)
∎ You must have dual monitors, high speed laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, Backup IPS (if needed) , and proper work environment.
∎ Workplace and Office Time:
∎ Work from home or at the office. Working hours will be 8 hours daily, preferably between 5 pm to 3 am BD time.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct an introductory conversation with each assigned candidate
∎ Collect necessary information and documents from the candidates. Preserve everything in a designated folder,
∎ Collect the final resume and save both Word and a pdf copy,
∎ Create an email address for each candidate similar to the one on their resume,
∎ Create an account for each candidate with the newly created email in at least 5 job portals.
∎ Create a database of the login credentials of all accounts
∎ Apply for relevant open positions every week, at least 40 for each candidate
∎ Forward the relevant positions to the candidates by email
∎ Communicate with each candidate daily to serve what they need and keep them busy and boost them up,
∎ Randomly check candidates' emails to verify they are replying to the recruiters/ clients regularly,
∎ Build strong professional relationship and networking with other recruiters/agencies.
∎ Collect open positions from those recruiters on a regular basis
∎ Maintain a weekly progress Track/status record
∎ Maintain a weekly Job position applied report

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
∎ Professional proficiency in the English Language
∎ Has previously worked in other HR or Recruitment roles
∎ Has good experience in Sales in service industry
∎ Strong skills in sourcing open positions via various network
∎ Motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
∎ A driven learner with a proven ability to drive responsibilities from start-to-finish
∎ Ability to understand the needs and challenges faced by adult learners
∎ Ability to communicate effectively through multiple channels and across departments in both written and oral forms
∎ Ability to follow directions and take ownership of initiatives end-to-end
∎ Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills
∎ Genuine interest and commitment to helping members achieve their goals
∎ Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency
∎ "Figure it out" mindset (AKA problem solving and initiative)
∎ Excellent time management
∎ Very Detail-oriented
∎ Ability to manage and adapt to working with individuals of various backgrounds
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ 3-5year of full-cycle recruitment or HR experience preferred - ideally in IT staffing firms, multinational companies
∎ 1 to 3 years of Sales experience in a service industry will be a good advantage
∎ Have good understanding of managing Job profiles in various Job portals and LinkedIn
∎ Ability to comfortably navigate and utilize Outlook emails as well as virtual interviews such as; Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Etc

Salary:
∎ Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Negotiable)
