Job Context:
∎ Technosoft is looking for a Sales Operation Support Executive for it`s client Product Gym, which is a fast-paced and rapidly growing company in the United States of America
∎ This role entails general sales operations support to help the sales and marketing team. This position will work closely with various sales team members fulfilling data entry, admin, content posting, copywriting, and miscellaneous other admin tasks to maintain the company sales documentation, updates, and other content.
∎ Most notably, this role will involve owning the entire sales documentation and support function. Please only apply if you are comfortable communicating clearly and are comfortable using and learning various technology tools.
∎ This is an entry-level to Mid-level position that offers development opportunities to progress into larger and more comprehensive roles within the team. We are looking for someone who is eager to begin here but actively grows into the role and beyond it, staying with our team for the long haul.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Dhaka, Bangladesh (remotely working from home with US-based teams)
∎ You must have dual monitors, high speed laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, Backup IPS (if needed) , and proper work environment.
∎ Workplace and Office Time:
∎ Work from home or at the office. Working hours will be 8 hours daily, preferably between 5 pm to 3 am BD time.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate across teams to gather data and input it into the proper places.
∎ Screenshot various data and share it with different stakeholders
∎ Create content briefs and outlines for updates to the larger team
∎ Following up on sales team members and processes
∎ Communicate with other stakeholders about blockers on items on hold
∎ Troubleshoot and articulate exactly what problems are and solutions to fix them
∎ Coordinate email and social media outreach on different platforms and tools
∎ Maintain recurring tasks and tools for event and webinar registration
∎ Check various email accounts and forwarding accounts for customer and sales leads
∎ Upload and download various videos for training purposes and editing descriptions
∎ Collaborate with videographers, graphics designers, and virtual assistants across timezones
Additional Requirements:
∎ Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
∎ Adaptability & willingness to learn and grow
∎ "Figure it out" mindset (AKA problem solving and initiative)
∎ Excellent time management
∎ Very Detail-oriented
∎ Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, Youtube, Airtable, Notion, Google Docs, Asana, Slack, and social media platforms is an asset
∎ Is not afraid/has to adopt and using new tech tools
∎ Ability to follow directions and take ownership of initiatives end-to-end
∎ Professional Proficiency in the English Language
∎ Has previously worked on other sales teams or an administrative support role
∎ Good to have (but not necessary):
∎ Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoho, MailChimp, Hubspot, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meetup, Eventbrite, Canva, Zoom
∎ Work Experience Requirements:
∎ 3-5year of Sales operation experience preferred - ideally in Sales and Marketing Agency, EdTech, Software or multinational company
∎ Any advanced certificates in Sales and Marketing are a Major Plus
