∎ Setting a mind to listen to customer inquiries properly and provide prompt resolution
∎ Good English & Bangla Typing speed & negotiation skills is a must.
∎ Must have the willingness to learn, vast communication, problem-solving nature & leadership skills.
∎ Good presentation skill required.
∎ Skills & Expertise: Microsoft office
