Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interacting with customers to understand and address their needs and improving satisfaction levels.
∎ Resolving customer complaints, providing an appropriate solution and following up to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Building rapport with customers and explain processes and procedures.
∎ To ensure hassle-free customer service associated with the flow of service of corporate clients and other customers and also coordinated service by efficiently being accurately, available in timely manner as and when required.
∎ Ensure presence at relevant point of customer services at proper time and schedule.
∎ Act as point of liaison with other hospital departments into carry out patients' service excellence.
∎ Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
∎ Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services.
∎ Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues.
